How Do I Work in Individual Therapy?
My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. Rather than adhering to a singular model, I tailor the therapeutic process to each individual by combining tools from various psychological approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), based on your needs and goals.
We will work together to build a therapeutic process that respects your pace, timing, and unique values.
