My Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I customize therapy for each person’s unique needs, blending elements from various well-founded psychological modalities. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring the approach to your particular situation, goals, and life circumstances.
The goal of therapy isn’t just to provide temporary relief, but to help you understand your internal processes, make sense of your experiences, and regain clarity, emotional autonomy, and nurture healthier relationships with yourself and others.
A Safe, Judgment-Free Therapeutic Space
I firmly believe in the importance of creating a safe, welcoming, judgement-free therapeutic space in which you can feel heard and supported. Therapy requires trust, and I am committed to providing a space that allows you to freely and comfortably express yourself at your own pace. Above all, I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be organic and human.
My approach aims to be respectful, empathetic and professional, paying special attention to the healing journeys of people who have experienced abusive, manipulative or controlling relationships, where trust and safety have often been compromised.
My Work With Adults and Adolescents
I provide support to adults and adolescents experiencing emotional, relational, or life challenges. For adolescents, I use a therapeutic approach tailored to their developmental stage. This approach fosters emotional understanding, self-esteem, and the development of coping strategies to address common challenges faced during this stage of life.
Each process is distinct, and therapy is customized to meet the unique needs of each individual and their family, social, and cultural background.
Therapy in English and Spanish

I offer therapy in Spanish and English, both online and in-person. Online therapy enables me to work with individuals in different countries across Europe while maintaining the same level of quality, depth, and connection as in-person sessions.
Language is an essential part of the therapeutic process. Being able to communicate in your language facilitates emotional understanding as well as the therapeutic process, especially if you live outside your home country or in a different cultural context.
