4. Professional confidentiality

As a registered psychologist, Nira is bound by professional secrecy and the Code of Ethics of the Spanish Psychology Council. All information shared in session is strictly confidential.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and subsequently for the legally required periods. If no therapeutic relationship begins, contact form data is deleted within 12 months.
